Hi Anne - just had to respond to your comment, on two levels.
one - the above link is for the pricing at Inkubook. It is SOOO reasonable. I will let you know how the quality is when they get here... should be soon... they have the different sizes, but it appears 8.5 x 8.5 only has a soft cover - but I assume the 8.5 x 11 would allow for your journaling. I did mine 11 x 11...and am getting so antsy to see it.(and for the record, the program is pretty user friendly.)
Two - it is difficult for me to wrap my mind around buffalo burgers and eating elk or deer - turkeys on the other hand.... LOL.
But I also know the meat of all of them is quite tasty, and better than anything we could get at the grocery store - so it is an issue I am still torn on... We obviously live in some PRIME hunting ground.
