this is all Charlie's fault! Freebie for YOU!

Charlie is amazing, she designs beautiful kits over at ESS (enchanted Scrap Studios), gives away freebies all the time, host speed scraps (her new addiction), keeps her CT (Creative Team) amazed at new forums and smiles to make us happy and she makes some of the best CU (Commercial Use) elements!These elements are gorgeous! She does alot, and I usually get sweaty hands and nervous just thinking about them! I post them to let others know about them and then file away! But this is what she came out with this week!I owe Charlie alot! My loyalty is one, and I wanted to make something for her to show with her advertising...so I sat down today and had every CU working drawer opened on my puter....this is what I came up with:
Its a cluster frame, made with some of the elements in Charlies new CU, Ribbons, Bows and Buttons (Oranges and Lemons), a few others from Charlie and a bit from Netta and Rusty over at Creative Victorian! I am learning and this is so fun...
