Tony got a place!!!! God moves again!

Tony hit the pavement with a great attitude and lots of prayer! There was a whole lot of no's. But he went to a video store and asked there. We have seen a whole lot of car washes going on and this place had one last weekend.

The man was great! He explained he is stopping the car washes, as it started out to help a family with burial expenses, but now the little gangs are catching on and making some money with fake causes. He let a church use it last week and they left the place a mess. Tony promised to clean it and do him right. The man said, well lets go look where you will need to be. There is a big bank on one side and he said, I know the boss here, lets go talk with him! They did and Tony got full permission! He was buzzing!

The funny thing is in a huge plaza parking lot, with a Sav-Mart (same as Albertson's), a few other stores, this man run a video store. The back part of his store is porn! So the folks stoppin' in Saturday night will be hearing the gospel! The man is aware of it! Tony was up front about who he was and what we do!

Soooooooooo, we updated the flyer and the printers are running it off and having them cut for us to pick up on Thursday! We will be hitting the streets on our own for some blitzing of Yuba City! Pray for us! We are real excited!

A few weeks ago in Oroville, we were able to meet and hear the rap groups and the new pastor and wife of the Redding church. Jeremy and Angie H making up Refined Vessels. They also have a teen rap group called 180. Great talent and they were available for the impact team Tony already had scheduled from Vallejo! Soooooooooo, they are coming 19th of July, the impact team from Vallejo and Oroville coming to help in the evening also. The dilemma; having at a venue where people will come! Tony has a back up plan for a park, but has some other hopes out. He is talking with a drive thru coffee shop and a few other places that let people have car washes.

Happy 4th of July! I love this holiday, because I love being an American! We are waiting for darkness and then I will watch my hubby and boys turn into little pyromaniacs! They love the booms! Hope all enjoy a safe and relaxing holiday!

Fast over-Bills Paid!

Whew....I don't look as bad as the girl in the picture, but I always admired her as a kid!

The fast was a doozy...but I am so proud of the kids, they did Mon and Wednesday...so we treated them to Red Robin after New Convert Class last night to break it! We were beat!

Tony and I just finished the church books for June and our home bills. We are doing the bills together, which is wierd for both. We both need to understand where and why's. The hardest part in our finances is redoing how we did our bills for so many years! We double and triple check everything!

I now shop once a week, instead of 2 weeks at a time, with a 3 month fill up on meats at Sam's! That still is a hard adjustment. I am getting it, and it helps to keep waste down. Scheduling in the time is the hard part. But I'll get it eventually!

The church books are easy....but I like to send a little something with the Alamogordo Gold Sheet! Cause I love you guys!!!

We are celebrating Eric's birthday for real tonight. KFC for dinner and cake! (I hope)
